Orders placed before 12PM Central Time business days, will typically ship out the following business day. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Tracking is included but delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to weather and other USPS issues that are out of our control.
Accurate Address Information
Please confirm your shipping and billing information when placing your order. All orders are automatically/digitally generated from the information you input on our website. We do NOT manually input your address. Please make it your responsibility to verify your address is complete and accurate. Include your apartment, suite, or unit number to ensure correct and prompt delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, packaged and shipped, the carrier will generate a tracking number that will be emailed to you. This usually happens within 2 business days after you place your order. Please check your email spam/junk folders if you do not receive tracking information.
Delivery of your Shipment
USPS drivers will typically leave your package in your mailbox, but if the package does not fit, they may choose to leave it at your door or leave a note to pick it up at your local post office.
If your package is lost or stolen and tracking shows it was delivered to the address supplied when the order was placed, we do not assume liability for reimbursement or replacement. Please contact your local post office regarding the delivery by your carrier and filing a claim. We also suggest checking with family members, neighbors, or any other person that may have accepted and stored the package for you.
If you receive a damaged product, please report it to us within 1 business day of receipt so we can resolve this issue. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim and you will be refunded or an exchange made. Please take pictures and do not discard packaging or product until shipping issues have been resolved.
