You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost, not including shipping.

Preapproved-Open product returns will be assessed a 15% fee that will be deducted from the refund.

*It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping costs*

If your return is a result of our error  (you received an incorrect or defective product)  we will provide a full refund for the item as well as your shipping costs.

In most cases, refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.  Please allow two billing cycles for the refund or credit to appear on your statement.
